About the role
We're looking for a proactive People Services Advisor to support HR operations across the business. In this diverse role, you'll deliver high-quality service, advice, and process support for both leaders and team members. In this role you will:
- Provide advice on policies, awards, entitlements, and employee relations
- Manage employee lifecycle tasks, including contracts and onboarding
- Triage and resolve queries from the shared People Services inbox
- Support organisational change with the People Partnering team
- Help improve employee experience through feedback and service enhancements
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with line managers to build their capability to lead
- Act as a key contact for Workday queries
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Solid ER/IR knowledge including award interpretation and case management experience
- Background in shared services or HR support functions (highly regarded)
- Commercial service mindset with a focus on stakeholder needs and practical solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all formats
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritise
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent hands-on HR experience
- Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
