The Opportunity
Make a real contribution to your community by
ensuring our infrastructure operates safely and effectively while providing
expert knowledge and experience, to ensure high levels of customer service and
regulatory expectations.
This is a permanent full-time position, based in Burnie. You will enjoy a 9-day fortnight and a salary package of approximately $80 - 89K per annum (including superannuation), plus on call allowances.
Key Accountabilities
- Operate, maintain and repair water infrastructure.
- Lead, train and supervise others.
- Assess and report on asset condition.
- Use technology to complete operational records including work logs and data entry tasks.
- Participate in on-call and planned overtime rosters and respond to emergency call-out situations.
