This 12 week program supports individuals to re-enter the workforce after a career break.

Program Snapshot:

A professional opportunity for you to network with people within TasNetworks and contribute to meaningful work in a supportive environment.

The program will contain a range of activities and tasks where you will get to display your capabilities whilst developing new skills, a micro credential and networks within the energy sector.

We aim to:

• Help the Tasmanian community and motivate people in their careers.
• Increase awareness about the barriers to people re-entering the workforce after their career break.
• Improve the culture surrounding returning workers.
• Aid other Tasmanian businesses in recognising the talent you have to offer.
