About the 2x Brisbane based roles
Some of the highlights of this program include:
- Based in our Brisbane corporate office with ad-hoc site travel included in your rotations.
- Being part of Stanwell’s energy transition as we adapt to the changing needs, demands and perceptions of the energy industry.
- Developing an understanding of business strategy through exposure to a variety of projects that shape our corporate strategy, such as major energy projects, business diversification activities, market policies and forecasts.
- Strengthening your project management skills by supporting the development and coordination of our new energy projects.
- Participating in structured learning opportunities that support your career progression.
- Having first hand exposure to one of Australia’s largest renewable hydrogen projects based in Central Queensland which is focussed on exports to Japan and to local industrial customers who are seeking to decarbonise.

Is this position for you?
To make a meaningful contribution to our team, you will need:
- Have completed a relevant Bachelor’s degree within the last two years. Examples of relevant degrees include: economics, engineering, law, commerce, project management and business.
- A personable attitude with a desire to build relationships across our diverse workforce.
- Well-developed analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly understand new systems.
