About the role:
With significant growth across our New Zealand business, we now have a rare opportunity for an experienced in-house consultant to join us, based in either Auckland or Wellington office.
You’ll be involved in the complete recruitment life cycle: from internal client briefings, preparing marketing material, preparing the offer letter and employment agreement to ensuring the person’s first few weeks are going well.
Reporting to the TA Team Leader, you’ll work on a diverse portfolio including the recruitment of technical specialists and FST staff. You’ll be actively involved in implementing innovative and successful ways of sourcing scarce candidates and comfortable working with global recruitment tools and systems. Some travel will be required.
This unique role will see you managing vacancies across all of New Zealand. You will be able to take the lead on projects, but likewise also be able come in as support to your colleagues as project work and demands require.

Qualifications
