The Role

As a MarTech Specialist at Sportsbet you will be working alongside a MarTech product and delivery team as an internal SME for Marketing platforms. You will guide the formation of strategies to tackle industry and regulatory change for our Marketing systems that foster game changing customer experiences.

We are looking for someone who is excited by the growing MarTech domain, who wants their days filled with innovation, strategy work and plenty of engagement with a fun team. Someone who is interested by technology, tracking and data.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help create patterns and best practices for operational teams using our Marketing Platforms.
  • Foster strong relationship with our vendors and share product roadmaps and opportunities back.
  • Review current pain points from the teams and help to enable solutions.
  • Research and formulate direction for upcoming changes in industry and regulation.
  • Share strategies with Growth stakeholders and help drive outcomes.
  • Analyse business performance and help inform opportunities back to the business.
  • Document use cases and help with requirement elicitation to ensure successful delivery and utilisation of platforms.
  • Support Growth teams with training plans, process frameworks and audit preparation.
  • Engage and operate an agile delivery process working with MarTech delivery teams to provide value.

You

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing operations or equivalent role
  • Experience working with and improving marketing technology tools
  • You have a customer first attitude and constantly strive to improve customer experience.
  • You question the status quo and look at things in new ways to drive innovation.
  • You value and encourage other’s expertise, efforts and ideas and provide support when things don’t always go as planned.
  • You take initiative, follow things through and bring energy and creativity to your work
  • Deep knowledge of CDP, Marketing automation and Adtech tools
  • Expertise in tracking, attribution, and content tools
  • Good understanding of Agile ways of working.
