What is the job?
You know that initial feeling when you call a Customer Service department because of an issue or query and you find yourself speaking to someone who is knowledgeable, switched on, and genuinely wanting to help you out? That's an amazing feeling and it is what we want own customers at Sportsbet to encounter.
Your role as a Customer Service Agent in our contact centres is the most important function of our company. We need you to make sure our customers get a ‘best in class’ experience.
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Process a range of inquiries between using various means of correspondence such as email, live chat, and telephone
- Answer and field all inbound bet requests via phone
- Ensure all processes and procedures are followed
- Provide and source accurate information to attend to and resolve customer inquiries
- Capture all relevant information into our customer database
- Constantly maintain knowledge and understanding of bet types, bet options, key events, and industry trends.
- Liaise with relevant internal departments i.e. bookmakers and customer operations.
