The Opportunity
As part of the eCommerce & Digital Marketing team, this role will see you developing, executing, and implementing digital campaigns and managing the Amcal and DDS websites.
You will also collaborate with the wider Marketing team, external agencies and vendors to develop and execute campaigns assets across multiple online channels effectively to integrate marketing strategies and ensure brand consistencies.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the Amcal and DDS websites, including content, campaigns and product ranges.
- Develop systems, create standards, and implement best practices for new and existing product listings, content creation, maintenance, and distribution.
- Continuously improve website conversion and achieve maximum funnel optimisation to achieve e-Commerce KPIs and Metrics
- Create engaging and relevant content tailored to different platforms and audiences, ensuring campaigns are delivered to maximise ROI
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and develop a plan on traffic growth
- Develop and execute conversion tests and A/B tests to improve user experience online
- Support in the preparation of eCommerce and website reports and post-campaign reviews, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
We are looking for:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Multimedia Design and/or Marketing-Communications IT Systems
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role
- Experience in web content administration and implementation (Wordpress experience is highly regarded)
- You’re a creative and strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space including competitive strategies, industry trends, marketing strategies
