The Company

MPS Connect has more than 20 years’ experience in medication management. Today, we specialise in providing total medication management solutions to the aged care industry in two ways. The first is our MPS Medica medication management software that connects GPs to pharmacists to aged care facilities, their care staff and residents. It saves time, minimises documentation and reduces preventable medications incidents.

The Role

Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Site Manager, this role will see you working as a member of the production team, contributing directly to achieving manufacturing targets, packing patient medications.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manually packing patient medications
  • Deblistering of medications to support appropriate stock levels on hand
  • Preparing and operating tablet packing machines in an efficient and safe manner to minimise rework and meet daily production schedules.
  • Clean and general maintenance of the packing machine.
  • Prepare drugs for packing machines and keep the machine filled and running optimally

We are looking for:

  • Can work quickly, efficiently and with accuracy.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment, with daily targets to achieve with high focus on quality.
  • Can demonstrate good communication skills and work well with other team members.
  • Have moderate to good computer skills and able to read, write and proficiently speak in English.
  • Will contribute ideas to continuously improve the way we work.
