Your opportunity

As an experienced SharePoint Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development, administration and maintenance of Scentre Group’s SharePoint portfolio. You will also apply your .NET and SQL Server skills in the maintenance of Scentre Group’s wider application portfolio.

A snapshot of your day to day:

  • Collaborating with the SharePoint Tech. Lead, Product Managers, Business users, and technical SMEs to improve and redesign new processes, functions and technical specifications for functionality across our multiple SharePoint sites
  • Developing feasible solutions to meet business needs
  • Proactively recommending new features, automation, and improvements in user experience.
  • Manage the SharePoint support queue and ensure Scentre Group employees receive an excellent experience using the technology
  • Assume responsibility for the admin and maintenance of other .NET and SQL Server-based applications in Scentre Group’s portfolio

We’re offering this role as a permanent position. Your main base will be at our Sydney CBD office, though we also support flexible working too.

What will set you apart from the rest?

You are a logical and process-oriented thinker providing sound technical advice to ensure we are maximising efficiencies and capitalising on the full features and benefits of our SharePoint investment as well as contributing to the continued implementation Roadmap going forward.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience implementing solutions in SharePoint 2013 and Online
  • Knowledge and understanding of the SharePoint platform, eco-system and best practices
  • An active team player who enjoys helping others and contributing to solutions
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident candidate with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven hands-on capability in the following technologies:
    • .NET (both current and legacy frameworks)
    • C#
    • SQL Server (administration, ability to write complex queries, knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services)
    • Experience with PowerShell
    • Azure A/D
    • REST APIS
    • OFFICE 365 suite
