IMS Administrator

The IMS Administrator is a role in the Quality team and reports to the IMS Manager and is responsible for supporting the organisation in the development, embedment and continuous improvement of the RDA Integrated Management System (RIMS) and other related management system requirements.
As IMS Administrator, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Administering the IMS Mailbox;
- Editing and publishing IMS documentation and ensure the currency of all IMS document are maintained as per the established review cycle;
- Maintaining accurate IMS document architecture, including maintaining a traceable history of superseded documents and the distribution, storage and destruction of all documents;
- Assisting with responding to document management/ change requests across the organisation;
- Participating in the implementation of new document management related solutions;
- Providing system administrative support to end users and assist in issue resolution (user access, document workflow, SharePoint configuration, User Interface, etc.),
- Collating and report on information as required.
- Supporting IMS Team in mapping and editing business processes;
- Publishing RIMS processes and ensure the currency of all RIMS document are maintained as per RDA standards;
- Supporting IMS Team Business Processers in mapping and editing business processes; and
- Support IMS Process Specialists to design new business processes and improve existing processes.
About your new team
The IMS Administrator reports to the IMS Manager and forms part of a small team of 5. The greater Quality team is continuing to grow and also includes, Operational, Planning, Audit, and Supplier Quality teams. This role will be based in Redbank at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE).

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Experience in Document Control;
- Strong Microsoft Office and Sharepoint experience;
- Knowledgeable in Change Management Best Practices;
- Experience in designing and developing business processes for a design and manufacturing framework;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proactive and self-managed;
- Team player, supporting colleges to achieve work objectives;
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
