Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of the project in accordance with the proposal and project plan.
  • Track and manage the delivery of the project against the approved budget.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communication and promotion of the program to all members through email, social media and other channels.
  • Develop targeted surveys to be distributed before, during and after completion of program to measure the changes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate HOW Program Steering Group meetings, activities, and networking events.

This role requires some out of hours work on weekdays and weekends and may require some limited national travel. Time in lieu and flexible work arrangements are available.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years of project management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, time management and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing committees, working groups and other project reference groups.

Ideally you will have previous experience within a health or educational setting, with an understanding of best practice health and wellbeing strategies and approaches.
