About Role
Status: Full Time, Day Shift
Location: Yennora, NSW
Specific Responsibilities
- Unload palletized cargo from containers
- Unload cartons and configure the pallet
- Stretch wrap pallet in accordance with requirement
- Check goods for damage to ensure quality to our customer
- Ensure work environment is clear of hazards and contaminants as per AQIS licensed Premise guidelines
- Stacking freight as per safe working instructions
- Follow local procedures regarding warehouse traffic management plans at all times
- Accurate interpretation of labels of freight and close attention to detail of such
- Working diligently within a team environment to achieve targets and results in a positive manner at all times
- Working closely with Management and colleagues to achieve optimum outcomes for the warehouse as a whole
- Professional attitude toward all internal and external customers and clients
Qualifications and Experience
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Competent verbal, numeric, and literacy skills
- Proven ability to work positively within a team
A full functional pre-employment medical assessment will be required prior to commencement.
- Regular Drug and Alcohol testing conducted
- Must be fit for work with a good level of fitness and general health
