About the Role:
We currently have an exciting permanent opportunity available in the Urban Projects team for a Project Delivery Lead.
This role is responsible for the delivery of complex, high volume Customer Initiated Augmentation Works, and will act as the centre point for meeting the needs of the customer and our business. It is a permanent opportunity where you will be supported in your career with us, using your excellent communication and team-player skills to help this team continue to strive.
An engaging and busy role ideal for a candidates that possess excellent project management skills, are commercially minded, have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and want to be part of an industry leading group that really cares about its people.
What you will deliver:
- Using high levels of negotiation and communication with customers & businesses to develop and maintain the successful delivery of Customer Initiated Augmentation Works
- Manage stakeholder expectations with a focus on reaching negotiable outcomes within a timely manner and ensuring network capacity, safety and commercial factors are all met
- Ensure all contractors and contractor activities comply with legislative, regulatory and contractual obligations
- Ensure complex customer project targets are achieved and any project risks are managed and communicated
- Provide technical advice on projects to internal and external stakeholders as needed
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Certificate IV in ESI Power Systems/Associate Diploma of Electrical Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Experience in applying Project Management principles
