About the team
The Practice Management Group consists of Operations, Information Technology (IT), Finance, Administration, People Experience and Client Experience. The Project Management office sits within our IT Services stream to ensure that all employees have the necessary support to operate efficiently, while enabling automation and innovation.
About the role
As part of the Project Management Office, you will support and manage business projects and process improvement initiatives to drive the achievement of strategic objectives and the firm business plan.
We are undertaking a digital transformation with the best interest of our clients at heart. You will provide project leadership in the implementation, adoption and realisation of benefits from this digital transformation.
We are also investing in AI, and this position will play a key role in driving AI adoption through the digital transformation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Management and ownership of multiple digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, time and quality requirements.
- Coordination of project activities, tasks and communications as well as effective management of risks and issues.
- Working closely with the internal IT function to translate business and operational requirements.
- Collaborating across the firm with the internal practice management groups, project stakeholders and external delivery providers to effectively implement projects and change initiatives.
Who we’re after

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business-related disciple and proven experience in process improvement.
- You will have delivered digital transformation in either CRM, HRIS or ERP in the past few years.
- A natural problem solver, you manage commitments and conflicting priorities effectively and have a high attention to detail.
