Build your career and Australia’s future.

Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.

A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Workforce Transformation Delivery Partner, reporting to the Senior Manager, Workforce Transformation Delivery, where you will join the Workforce Strategy & Transformation team, a key pillar within the People & Culture business unit.

The Workforce Strategy & Transformation team is accountable for the effective end-to-end strategy, design, management, and delivery of nbn’s strategic workforce transformation programme.

A bit about your role

As the Workforce Transformation Delivery Partner, you will support both people and organisational elements of workforce change and transformation initiatives. You are to partner with business leaders to deliver specific initiatives and ensure alignment with the wider enterprise-level workforce strategies and objectives.

This will be an opportunity for you to use your project management, change management and stakeholder management skills to successfully deliver workforce changes. This will require you to collaborate with business Leaders in the development of business cases and cost-benefit analysis. You will also work closely with the People & Culture Centre of Excellence in the review and development of operating model concepts and organisational design to ensure alignment with objectives.

A bit about you

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading significant workforce change and/or transformation initiatives and have the exceptional ability to collaborate with leaders at all levels including senior executives.

You are highly motivated, determined, and passionate about what you do with excellent project management and change management skills, including a good understanding of agile methodologies and strong generalist HR knowledge relevant to workforce change.

Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field would be valuable.
