NAB’s Premier Banking team is set to further expand its superior Banker offering with multiple opportunities now available across Metro VIC and NSW!

Our Premier Banking customers hold over $850k in Home Lending with NAB, and as such, equate to 1% of all Personal Banking customers, contributing to around 17% of our overall revenue! These customers are highly regarded by the business, and it is therefore imperative we deliver a seamless, signature experience to them in each and every interaction.

This is a wholly-virtual role in which you will utilise your superior stakeholder management skills to deliver an exceptional experience to our Premier Banking customers. Either via Zoom or over the phone, you will work to identify our customers’ Banking needs and deliver best-fit products and services to fulfil their lifestyle and financial ambitions. You will do so with clarity and transparency, working to enhance the relationship between the customer and NAB and having them advocate for the Bank.

Your role as Premier Banker will give you the opportunity to influence the future of this division. This is a superior Banker offering, and as such, we are seeking high performers with ambition, charisma, and a genuine appetite to uncover customer needs! What you will bring…

  • A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding service to our customers and building trusted relationships with them
  • Significant experience in managing client relationships, coupled with Lending experience
  • Charisma, drive, ambition and a genuine appetite to help customers achieve their financial goals!
  • A passion for building strong relationships within your community and surrounding network
  • Exceptional communication skills along with superior stakeholder management experience
  • The ability to lead by example and be an exemplary part of a growing team and division
