The Team
Our team in Specialised Business is part of Business Direct and Small Business (BD&SB) and provides support to bankers and their customers with Equipment Finance transactions.
The role
We currently have an exciting opportunity within this dynamic team for an Equipment Finance Associate Customer Relations Team (CRT). This role will see you play a key role in a specialised team that is responsible for the post approval functions of the Equipment Finance Hub. Experience in Salesforce, Seibel (eBL) and Leasing One Integrated System (LOIS) will be highly regarded.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting bankers and customers with any equipment finance related queries
- Preparing Equipment Finance documentation
- Completing the security in order process
- Completing the settlement process of Equipment Finance transactions
- Assisting the broader EF Hub with any overflow of work requirements
About you
You are a highly motivated professional who likes to ensure that the customer and banker experience of the post approval process runs smoothly. Regular communication to manage expectations will be key to your ability to build trust with customers, bankers and business partners. You will have strong attention to detail, sound time management skills along with an enthusiastic attitude. Tertiary qualifications are preferred, but not essential.
This role is a full-time permanent position based at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands VIC 3008
