We currently have multiple opportunities for a Credit Support Officer to join our recently acquired Citi Bank Operations. You will support the Credit team by performing a range of compliance, verification and administration tasks on customer information for Citi originated Home Loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify all required customer information and supporting documentation to confirm accuracy of customer position and identity.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work instructions
- Liaise with colleagues including Credit Assessors, Risk Management, Citi Branded Retail and Wealth and any other Citi Branded Divisions.
- Professional, clear and concise communication to brokers, customers and internal stakeholders both over the phone and in writing throughout the stages of the assessment process.
- Assist with post settlement clarifications regarding non maintenance of settlement application with Citi Branded Core Operations.
- Manage any non-credit reworks in the Citibank Lending Systems.
- Assist credit officers and Managers with Administrations tasks (i.e., instructing Galilee Solicitors, managing mailboxes, title searches and generating Comprehensive Credit Reporting).
- Assist with any miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Credit Manager
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in the role you will need proven experience within Banking and Finance, preferably with Credit Verification experience. Applicants will also be expected to have:
- Ability to understand key credit related documentations including, but not limited to, financial statements, income documents, bank statements and identification requirements.
- Understanding and knowledge of Mortgages Processes and Products.
- Strong written, oral communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Experience with Citi Bank systems is highly desirable but not mandatory.
