The successful candidate will be a high achiever in terms of technical capability and achieving both team objectives and individual deliverables. A capability to analyse and provide an informative summary is an expected skill for this Analyst, Engineer role. You will be working directly with fellow software engineers in Personal Banking - Home Ownership who are also committed on quality and focus on detail in building and running the end to end technology for this area.
Your Skills and Experience
- Fundamental knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript in both the frontend and server environment
- 3+ years of experience building rich web applications using modern JavaScript build frameworks and tooling
- Commercial experience with React/Redux
- Commercial experience with Node.js
- Proficient with automated unit/functional/browser testing
- Exposure to working with CI/CD (Jenkins) and AWS
- Git for version control, branching and merging practices
- Understanding of how to build performant, testable and maintainable code
- Enjoy learning, sharing and mentoring with teammates and working collaboratively to provide the best service to our stakeholders
- Most importantly, an enthusiastic attitude, curiosity for new and emerging technologies and willingness to adapt to circumstances and learn new things
