We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Consultant, Digital within our Digital, Data & Analytics (DD&A) Domain. The Senior Consultant, Digital works with both digital and business stakeholders in the forming and articulation of digital first Customer Value Propositions (CVP) relevant to both traditional lines of business and emerging offerings (i.e. sophisticated client transition to carbon neutrality).

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation of Customer Value Proposition development within DD&A, solving for rapidly evolving sophisticated client needs through digital product delivery via both customer self-service and relationship-led digital experiences.
  • Definition of business concepts which drive productivity and efficiency through human where it matters deliveries, providing optimal sales and servicing outcomes for customers.
  • Work collaboratively and drive to implement effective governance across the portfolio to ensure transparency and strong stakeholder engagement, support, and awareness both within and outside of Digital, Data and Analytics.
  • Set up/support governance and reporting processes to ensure stakeholders/investment teams have clear visibility and understanding of deliverables, dependencies, status and risk & issues related to domain programs
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement to uplift digital performance, culture, communications and operating effectiveness
  • Support and enable the mobilisation of key investment projects for Digital, Data and Analytics plus Corporate and Institutional Banking
  • Support/facilitate the mobilisation of Digital, Data and Analytics.

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience within large scale strategy, delivery and transformation vehicles
  • Proven background in corporate banking and capital markets businesses which provide banking solutions to sophisticated client segments (working knowledge of FX, rates, securitisation and lending products required).
  • Experience in a large, complex, global business(es) with diverse stakeholders and multiple competing priorities
  • Experience in banking and strategy and customer experience functions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in complex, multi-faceted environments
  • Ability to balance the strategic with operational priorities and deliverables
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex material into a clean visual experience with actionable recommendations
  • Learning agility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, complex and changing environment
  • Inquisitive nature to solve unforeseeable business and client challenges in a rapidly evolving market
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in related discipline
