ABOUT THE ROLE

The Functional and Technical Analyst has responsibility for supporting the business users with application questions, system issues, problem solving, and support of new features of future capabilities for each application’s roadmap which includes but not limited to MetroME/Successfactors, RosterON (Time and Attendance system) and ADP (Payroll).

This role plays a key role in contributing to the design and maintenance of the corporate systems architecture, responsible for a suite of systems that support People and Training services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day to day Human Capital Management (HCM) support so that outcomes and service levels are met.
  • Have functional and business knowledge for all Successfactors systems (mainly but not limited to Employee central, Onboarding, Recruiting and Performance and Goals, reporting and compensation Module) managed by the support team.
  • Have working knowledge on integration platform preferably SAP BTP(Business Technology Platform)
  • Manage and oversee release schedules’ in production after completion of appropriate testing as prescribed by the Technical Change Board requirements.
  • This role is required to undertake on call support outside of business hours on an ad-hoc basis, where required to meet business requirements.
  • Experience in managing 3rd Party providers

ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary studies in a Software Engineering/ Computer Science discipline.
  • At least 2 years experienced in supporting Successfactors function in a medium to large organisation.
  • Proven functional experience in complete end to end the hire to retire process.
  • Experience in using incident management for the day to day handling of incidents/service request
  • Industry experience in Rail or Transport is desirable
  • Experience with exposure to multiple HCMS applications such as ADP, RosterON would be highly beneficial
