About the Role
- Outstanding role within the Train Crew Rostering team
- Full time and ongoing role, based in Collins Street

We are seeking a highly organised professional to be responsible for roster administration management and coordination for all MTM Train Drivers in accordance with Enterprise Agreement/Roster guidelines, including leave management, driver transfers, Master Data set up and maintenance in rostering system.
In this critical role you will be required to work independently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders and be agile to embrace change. You will operate within a friendly and supportive environment and will have opportunities to continuously drive performance through improvement.
About You
You will be a highly effective communicator (both verbal and written) with proven administration experience in a large organisation and/or a similar environment. You will also need to demonstrate:
- Ability to schedule work priorities to ensure deadlines are strictly adhered to
- Ability to identify and analyse risks, and make corrective actions
- Experience and knowledge in the rostering and allocation function for Drivers, including local agreements and procedures (highly regarded)
- Ability to operate computer-based Rostering, Time & Attendance systems and common office software (highly regarded)
