ABOUT THE ROLE:

Mercy Hospitals Victoria Learning Team is seeking a motivated and experienced midwife to join the Learning team. The Learning Team is committed to providing quality education by promoting excellence in professional practice through empowering Nurses and Midwifes in the public health sector. The Clinical support midwife will worked collaboratively with the Learning Manager and Program leads to support clinical education and training programs.

  • Permanent Part time 0.6 EFT

  • Werribee Mercy Hospital

  • Grade 3B Clinical Support

ABOUT YOU:

  • Current Registration as a Registered Nurse and Midwife or Midwife with AHPRA

  • Demonstrated positive bedside teaching skills

  • Current TAE40110 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment/ working towards

  • Post-graduate Qualification (highly desirable)

  • Demonstrated working history in Education at ward management level
