LV=GI have a fantastic opportunity for an entry level Broker Fraud Investigator to join our family of accomplished people in the Broker Services Anti Fraud team. This role will be working from the Brentwood offices where you will receive a minimum of 8 weeks training with the opportunity to work from home 2/3 days a week afterwards. We adopt a flexible working environment with a focus on learning & development.
You will identify and reduce fraudulent activity by policyholders of LV= Broker. You will undertake CUE and SIRA policy validation checks on LV= Broker Personal where required and investigate potential fraudulent activity.
You will enjoy engagement with brokers, customers and third parties to progress anti-fraud investigations. Where fraud is identified the jobholder will consider what actions are required and implement the necessary corrective action.
About you
You will have excellent customer service skills, ideally with insurance broker or insurer background experience but this isn't essential as full training will be provided.
You will have good organisational skills with the ability to work without supervision & be self-motivated.
You will have excellent communication, negotiation skills with the ability to be persuasive and respond objectively when challenged. You have good problem solving & decision making with good numerical and analytical skills
You will have a good understanding of & ability to assimilate regulatory & compliance requirements.

Undertake CUE checks to validate claims history provided by Policyholders in line with agreed processes, procedures and timescales.

Undertake SIRA checks to identify potential fraudulent activity in line with agreed process, procedures and timescales.

Request & process additional premium and/or terms in line with Personal Underwriting Authority and Product Underwriting guides.

Work closely with Underwriters to refer and agree actions and, where required, apply terms.

Achieve agreed service, productivity, quality and performance targets in line with business and personal objectives.

Be aware of and comply on an ongoing basis with all legal, regulatory and industry body codes of practice (DPA, OUR REGULATORS).

Take personal ownership for applying TCF within the role and assist in embedding it within the culture of the team.
