We have an opportunity for a Pallet Controller to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you

execute the asset/pallet strategy and 3PL compliance, ensuring that all asset/pallet related matters meet operational and customer objectives.

Key responsibilities in the role include:

• Pallet Reconciliation and monitoring with clients/carriers/on-forwarders and pooled hire equipment providers for multiple sites
• Deliver asset best practice within system & resource framework.
• Optimise pallet control accuracy and traceability to reduce pallet hire costs and eliminate pallet losses
• Owner of pallet asset processes from manufacturing site hand over point to return from customer.

Key to your success will be:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A focus on process improvement, with a problem solving mindset
• Previous experience in CHEP and transport, warehousing and/or logistics
• Experience within a FMCG environment preferably dealing within Operations and 3PL relationships
