Tooheys Brewery is one of the largest in the country, producing a vast array of exceptional beers for the Australian market. As a Brewing Team Leader, you will lead a team across the production process within the Brewing Department ensuring performance metrics, product quality and improvement benchmarks are met.
In this role you will be responsible for safety, quality, and performance within the brewery. This role will have a dual focus on both people leadership for a team of Brewery Technicians and production plan execution to ensure efficient operations are maintained.
The Brewery operates Monday – Friday 24 hours and this role will rotate across day and afternoon shifts. This role will be based onsite at the Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe, NSW and is a permanent full-time opportunity.
Some of the skills you will have:
- Knowledge of brewing and or Food Manufacturing Processes
- Previous team leadership experience
- Ability to work cross functionally and bring stakeholders on a journey
- Exposure to the execution of predefined plans
- IBD or relevant tertiary qualifications in Food Science or Processing are advantageous
