• Continually improve customer experience by defining, challenging, and evolving the technology approach
• Contribute to Latitude’s engineering culture, and the iteration of our Buy Now Pay Later merchant products and tech
• Utilise the data! ensuring that the we’re always collecting the right data and generating actionable insight

Current and pragmatic technical knowledge of online and mobile architectures, development methodologies, and testing processes, including a strong understanding and experience in agile delivery

• Experienced as a Full Stack Senior / Lead Engineer, aninnovative problem solver who can grow, change and challenge.​
• Java8, HTML5, AWS, Microservices, and containerisation
• Experienced - Previous experience leading dynamic engineering teams that have been built on challenges and team greatcommunication. Any fintech, payments, e-commerce combined with start-up experience is helpful​
• ​Passion -You arealways keen to learn and thrive at seeing the impact of your workon a daily basis.
