Join the team
We have a brilliant opportunity to join our team on a fixed-term basis as an ecommerce Specialist. The ecommerce Specialist reports to the Online Category Manager and develops and drives the Online Category Plan. The role is also the lead for the Product and Technical teams within the Online teams. The role is for 6 months initially with the potential for extension and growth.
What you’ll be doing

Deliver an outstanding online customer experience for designated ranges

Working with relevant stakeholders to link systems and integrations for a seamless customer experience

Support delivery of category and content strategies

Elevate and optimise the way in which customers, shop, navigate and convert across your respective world and minor business unit through onsite enhancements, merchandising and promotional activity

Monitor and analyse category performance and user experience
-
Build strong, co-operative relationships with internal and external teams
-
Understand changing customer needs and use customer & Kmart insight to identify ways to improve engagement and drive sales growth

Ensure all merchandising and campaign deliverables are compliant and of the highest quality
To be successful in this team you will have:
-
Strong understanding of online customer experience and principles
-
Experience in navigating systems required for online platforms, such as CMS (Contenful, Drupal, WordPress etc), Search Platform and PIM systems (Oracle, SAP, Informatica etc)

Strong understanding of online category management and marketing and how to execute this effectively across the purchase funnel

Experience in web analytics (Google Analytics/ Data Studios advantageous) and cause-and-effect analysis

Experience working within a Product environment, or a strong working knowledge of the role of Product Owners/ Iteration Managers etc, would be advantageous

Working knowledge of agile methodologies and systems

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to manage a complex process chain across multiple entities in many countries

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
