What we’re looking for?
We have an amazing new opportunity for a experienced People & Capability Reporting Analyst to join the Advisory Centre. The Advisory Centre Analyst provides high quality and informative people reporting from SharePoint/future Call Centre platform and IC Business Manager (IVR) on interactions and call volume received by the advisory centre team. This position will enable the business to deliver on its people plan. This role will be based in Mulgrave within a call centre environment and will participate various in P&C projects and tasks
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables of this role include:
- Provide expert analysis and advice on a wide range of people system queries
- Navigates through a variety of systems confidently to make decisions, and provide resolutions for key stakeholders
- Communicates remotely with customers and stakeholders across different states/countries
- Develop dashboards that are accessible for the wider business on key people metrics
- Develop and design better ways to present, capture and report on HR metrics.
- Deliver all reporting requirements on time
- Maintain an understanding of Kmart’s people strategy and review and recommending new reporting requirements as needed.
- An ongoing awareness of best practice people reporting and metrics
- Provide value add through easy to read and accurate reporting
- Data extraction for end of period and ad hoc reporting
About You
To be successful in this role, an extensive range of people skills and HR knowledge is required. Most importantly and the key to your success will be your ability to develop trusting partnerships with key stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand whilst managing a high-volume case load.
Experience and skills that are desirable:
- Significant experience working with HR information systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Analytical mind with the ability to problem solve, identify trends and proactively address opportunities and potential issues
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Tertiary qualification in HR or Business highly regarded
- Have a passion for HR analytics
- High customer centric focus
- Proven interpersonal skills and passionate, resilient and highly motivated.
- Ability to deliver the best outcomes individually and within the team and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
