About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent part-time (Mon-Wed) experienced Payroll Support Officer to join our Payroll team.

Ideally based in Melbourne, however work from anywhere as the role and team works remotely!

You will be assisting Payroll Officers and the wider Payroll team in areas including but not limited to data entry of timesheets, filing and management of employee records.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Data entry of timesheets to support payroll processing teams
  • Set up new employees in the payroll system
  • Maintain employee record database on the payroll system
  • Collate hours and overtime for weekly/fortnightly waged staff
  • Understand and process payments in line with relevant awards and agreements

About You

  • Experience with processing payroll
  • Experience with using PayGlobal is an advantage however not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Experience in administrative roles including data entry
