What’s the role?
As HubSpot becomes the #1 CRM for growing companies, our product is rapidly evolving in depth and breadth. We are also experiencing high levels of growth across our customer base, especially in our Enterprise customer segment. These customers are our largest, most strategic with complex use cases for our products. Due to the complexity of these customer’s environments and the rapid evolution of our product, there is a tremendous opportunity and need to help these customers increase the technical depth of how they use our product and integrate it into their tech stack. As a result, we have recently formed a new Solution Architects team to help our Enterprise customers identify technical opportunities to improve the value realized from our products.
What will you do?
- Define advanced technical solutions, using our product, to solve our Enterprise customer’s complex challenges
- Become a HubSpot product and technical subject matter expert
- Proactively identify integration and technical architecture opportunities and make recommendations for customers to grow deeper with HubSpot
- Create proof of concepts to demonstrate solution viability
- Define long term technical and strategic platform roadmaps to help our customers integrate HubSpot deeper into their technology stack
- Recommend the right internal and external services resources to execute on the roadmap
- Communicate and build relationships with senior technical and business customer stakeholders
- Drive critical KPIs including integrations, usage, engagement and services and partner attach rates
Who are you?
- 5+ years experience in a customer-facing, solutions architect or solution consulting role
- Platform expertise in CRM, marketing automation, or related customer experience applications
- Deep technical architecture experience
- Expertise is explaining complex, technical concepts to all levels of users
- Business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
- Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how they have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations
