What's on offer?

We are excited to share that having secured the esteemed RAMC GEN3 contract, we are now expanding our team! Based on the stunning Sunshine Coast, this significant maintenance contract offers a stable and dynamic work environment, spanning an initial five years with a possible extension of three additional years.

Join our team as a Network Inspector and play a crucial role in the RAMC GEN3 project, a comprehensive road asset management initiative. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of vital infrastructure on the Sunshine Coast.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of road networks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and document defects, and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs.
  • Analyse data collected during inspections to propose improvements in the network's maintenance strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to enhance the longevity and functionality of road assets.
  • Prepare detailed reports based on inspection findings and present them to the project stakeholders.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to legal guidelines, contract requirements, environmental norms, and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Network Inspector or similar role in infrastructure or road asset management.
  • Strong understanding of road maintenance procedures and standards.
  • Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using technological tools and software for inspection and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
