What's on offer?
We have a rare opportunity for a Surfacing Operations Manager to provide leadership to and management of our Asphalt laying operations in Metro Melbourne and Geelong and the Vic Services department (Sweepers). Based in either Laverton or Noble Park and reporting into the Regional Manager - Metro this is a key leadership position where you will have an opportunity to showcase and utilise your expertise by:

• Leading and supporting safety, environment and quality culture and ensure all safety, environment and quality risks are identified and controlled through documented processes, effective audits and management reviews.
• Leading and supporting our high performing operational delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer service and consistent quality outcomes.
• Understanding and interpreting legislative and regulatory requirements of the operation and ensuring compliance.
• Assisting in development of overall strategic business plans for approval by Regional Management.
• Implementing strategies to ensure continued growth of the Vic Services and Metro Surfacing departments.
• Clearly establishing and managing performance expectations and ensuring team members are engaged and understand their roles and responsibilities.
