  • Significant infrastructure projects in Victoria

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Data Entry and Administration Officer to join our National Telecommunications business based in Noble Park, Victoria.

This role will be responsible for providing mobilisation, on-boarding and administrative support to our teams in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

You will be Responsible for

  • On-boarding/data entry of a high volume of subcontractors and ensuring compliance to company requirements

  • System and documentation updating

  • Talking with subcontractors, labour hire companies and internal staff via phone, email and in person

  • Raising purchase orders and organising staff training

  • Collating data and preparing reports (Excel)

  • Ad-hoc administration duties as required

What we need from you

  • Prior experience in a similar role is desired but not essential

  • Strong administration skills with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent PC skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously

  • Affinity for continuous improvement and innovation, applying learnings to ‘real world’ project delivery environments.
