FleetPartners is humbled to operate on the Gadigal lands of the Eora Nation (Sydney office), the lands of the Bundjalung Nation (Melbourne office), and the lands of the Turrbal Nation (Brisbane office), in addition to multiple office locations across Aotearoa (New Zealand); we acknowledge these Traditional Custodians and pay our respects to Elders past and present.

We are incredibly proud of the industry-leading position we’ve taken on a range of initiatives including sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion, modern slavery and reconciliation. In a snapshot, some highlights include:

OUR VALUES
Collaboration, Accountability, Reimagine and Excellence - otherwise known as CARE - are the values that are truly embedded in everything we do.
CARE is our internal compass which informs our decision-making, defines our ways of working, and helps us to attract and retain our people, plus so much more.

COLLABORATION
We recognise the value that each team member brings, which is based on their unique experiences, values, backgrounds, and perspectives.
Individual contributions are also intrinsically linked to our values-led behaviours and culture, team outcomes, and business performance. This is just one of the many reasons FleetPartners was recently recognised as a ‘Top 10 Places to Work’ by BOSS Australian Financial Review (AFR) 2023.
Diversity, equity and inclusion
Throughout the year, we celebrate key events including Diwali, Pride Week, Ramadan, International Women’s Day, NAIDOC and many more.

We have a range of employee-led groups to define and deliver key initiatives which are important to our people. These groups include:
- Reconciliation Action Plan Committee
- Sustainability Committee
- Diversity Committee
- CARE Committee
Reconciliation Action Plan
In 2023, we proudly announced a formal commitment to Reconciliation through participation in the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) program and receipt of endorsement of the FleetPartners inaugural ‘Reflect’ RAP. This marks the beginning of our long‑term commitment to support the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Recognising and supporting team members
Our CARE Committee is directly involved in programs including our quarterly CARE recognition program and annual awards. These reward and recognition programs form part of a comprehensive program to support, encourage and develop our team members.

ACCOUNTABILITY
We take accountability for the role we play in providing a meaningful contribution to the community.
Charity work and corporate volunteering
Our team members dedicate time, funds, skills, and knowledge to various not-for-profit Organisations. Team members are encouraged to participate in corporate volunteering, and we support fundraising efforts for incredibly worthy causes including: Save our Sons, the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, and Visionwest Waka Whakakitenga.
We also proudly donate vehicles critical to the delivery of lifesaving and life-changing programs for The Story Factory, I.D Know Yourself, Anglicare Victoria, The Burdekin Association and Duffy Books in Homes.

RE-IMAGINE
Our ‘re-imagine’ value constantly challenges us to strive for faster, higher, and better. For example, we’ve re-imagined a fleet industry that provides a sustainable environment for future generations, and a working environment free from gender bias.
Sustainability
We’ve become the first fleet management organisation to achieve a carbon zero and Climate Active certification – the only Australian government certification of its kind.
Plus, we’ve achieved carbonreduce certification by Toitu Enviro in New Zealand.
We also work alongside the Clean Energy Finance Corporation, we provide Australia’s most competitive electric vehicle financial solutions, helping our customers to achieve their carbon-zero goals.

Gender Equality
Recognition as an employer of choice for gender equality by the Workplace Gender Equality Association demonstrates how we’ve also re-imagined all workplaces free from gender bias. Beyond that, we’ve taken meaningful action to become a leading Australian business, setting an example for others. We’re proudly ASX300 leaders in female Board representation.

EXCELLENCE
Striving for excellence is evident across our business – from the successful development and launch of our purpose-built technology solutions and our consistently high NPS, to our investment in our people, which ensures they are supported in achieving their professional goals and building career pathways.
Learning and Development
We aim to provide team members with meaningful work and development opportunities including internal mobility, study assistance, and mentorship programs.
In the last 12 months alone, we’ve achieved:
- more than 2,000 hours of training to build development pathways for our team members;
- our people leaders have participated in a series of two-hour virtual leadership workshops;
- a leadership conference and strategic planning sessions;
- externally facilitated training for key functions, such as customer experience
- a new sales enablement training and accreditation program called, FP AcadaME
- team member study assistance
- free access to thousands of online learning modules
