Our Group operations are based in Liverpool St. (Sydney CBD) providing support across all sites in several key areas including People & Culture (P&C) ensuring HR best practice and adherence is achieved alongside our regulatory requirements and business strategy.

About the role

Reporting to the Group Manager People & Culture, the People & Culture Systems Lead is a key role with oversight and accountability for data, analytics and driving an insights led approach for all matters within the P&C function. Responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Group and Site based P&C teams, and Group IT and Finance specialists, in proactively identifying areas for improvement in the efficient and effective collection and analysis of key P&C metrics and analytics.
  • Supporting the development and automation of P&C systems and processes across Evolution, proactively recommending business process and end user improvements.
  • Management of operational efficiency and effectiveness of our P&C Information System – SAP Success Factors, as well as partnering with out third-party support partners regarding incidents, issues and change requests.
  • Supporting the deployed modules within SuccessFactors (Performance & Development, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Talent & Succession) as well as managing requirement for enhancements and implementation to new modules as and when required.
  • Applying expertise and knowledge to maintain the efficiency and compliance of P&C systems (including Success Factors and Qualtrix)
  • Analysing P&C metrics and data, supporting the design and implementation of dashboards and reporting to assist with the identification of trends, opportunities and threats, that support key decision making.
  • Establish methods for tracking data quality, completeness, redundancy, and improvement, ensuring data is reliable, meaningful and easily accessible.
  • Modelling leadership attributes and Evolution’s values of Safety, Accountability, Excellence and Respect.

About you

You will ideally have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and have proven experience in the system administration of a market leading P&C Information System (PCIS), with SAP Success Factors experience being highly desirable. You will have solid understanding of P&C practices and procedures in a medium to large organisation including project management experience in leading Success Factors projects. You will demonstrate technical expertise in data analytics and reporting, using modern AI tools such as Power BI.

Your strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills will enable your success in this role as you engage and communicate with different audiences within the business at all levels. You will have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and multiple demands, as well as the confidence to say no as and when needed. You’ll be consultative, with an open-minded approach to solutions, and have the ability to work in a team, and autonomously as required. Experience in leading and managing a small team will be advantageous.
