What we’re looking for
EY Reconnect – Assurance has been specifically designed for those with over 5 years’ experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements, financial accounting and advisory services, sustainability and/or climate change services and, forensic and integrity services who are looking to re-start their career after a break of at least 18 months.
Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.
- Audit - A strong academic record, including a degree and progress towards/completion of a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA)
- Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) - Relevant bachelor’s degree and completed professional qualifications relevant to Finance, Risk or Treasury (e.g., CA, CFA or acceptable international equivalent)
- Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CaSS) - Tertiary qualification in engineering, environmental sciences, law, economics or accounting
- Forensic and Integrity Services (FIS) - Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cyber Security or a related field
