Our Aotearoa Campus team of 5 are passionate talent matchmakers between students and our EY teams. We are brand ambassadors, strategic recruiters, trusted advisors, and skilled project managers, ensuring we effectively facilitate the next wave of talent into our Aotearoa Service Lines.
So, what exactly would your mahi (work) entail? An epic variety with plenty of opportunity to make a positive impact! Some core elements include:

Planning and delivery of recruitment campaigns (primarily March and mid-year) for our graduate and internship programmes

Building value led relationships with our partners including University Careers, Faculty and Society members as well as student focused organisations/groups

Event management and facilitation including workshops, EY early identification programmes and of course our Recruitment Days (assessment centres)

Supporting induction and onboarding coordination

Post campaign reporting and analysis
During campaign periods you may need to attend the occasional evening event, we will work with you to manage and flex your time in a way that suits you.

Above all, we’re seeking an individual with a true passion for campus (early careers) recruitment and the next generation of talent for a 12 month contract. The nature of our mahi means you’ll need to be comfortable engaging with a variety of individuals, have a knack for building strong relationships and ideally have some experience (or confidence) presenting and facilitating.
Strong time management, attention to detail and previous experience managing projects (and/or volume recruitment) will also support your success.
