Our Growth and Development team within Facilities and Asset Services has an opportunity for a Bid Manager to join the team. You will be a vital member of the initial bid strategy and preplanning through to bid preparation, submission and post submission. As a results-driven professional, you will thrive in a team environment and be able to engage with key stakeholders in the business to support the bid development process and use your expertise to identify and articulate client requirements into winning bids.
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience in bid management with the ability to work with the team to identify, understand and articulate client requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in bid management and ownership over all aspects of a bid including but not limited to solution development, financials and pricing, commercial, legal and risk.
- Recorded success in the preparation of bids in a service-based and project-based environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated experience reporting to senior decision makers.
- Exceptional MS Office skills with the ability to extract ideas from an operational solution and structure a compelling document to reflect the solutions winning themes.
