An opportunity for a considerate and dependable Production Supervisor has become available within our Blended Products division based in Pinkenba . You will oversee the daily operations of our Production facility whilst coordinating raw materials and driving accurate stock management. You will be dedicated to improving plant reliability through the delivery of safe, efficient, cost effective and fit for purpose maintenance services.

About you

Ideally this role is suited to candidates with 3-5 years of supervisory exposure within Asphalt/Emulsion Manufacturing, Chemical Manufacturing or Heavy industrial Manufacturing sectors . However other industry applicants with suitable supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.

• Suitable certificate or engineering qualifications preferred but not essential
• Supervisory exposure within a suitable environment (ideally manufacturing)
• Strong Excel and MS Office Skills. (essential)
• Experience maintaining plant and equipment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build and maintain effective and inclusive working relationships with internal and external clients
• Be outcome focused and have strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and systems with the ability to identify hazards to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and visitors
