Account Executive - Melbourne Office - Permanent Full Time
A great opportunity for a real people person who has previous experience in customer service or a sales coordinator role. You are someone who has great attention to detail and who knows and understands their way around publishing. As an Account Executive, you would be joining our Print Operations team based in our Melbourne office located in Cremorne. You will provide sales support to the Residential Sales team and our Residential clients in relation to our print products. You will book Residential advertising into the Domain Print Publications using internal booking systems. You will be the first point of contact for client queries relating to print billing, invoices, and distribution.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will…
Book print advertising.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, advertising agencies, and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
Be the first point of contact for all client print activity as well as helping clients understand what Domain Print Products can do to help their business.
Educate new and existing clients on print products and print bundles.
Meet booking and material deadlines and troubleshoot various issues, including following up with clients and liaising with our third party production supplier to ensure our publications are sent to press on time.
Ensure client accounts are accurately maintained across our various systems
Assist with distribution queries.
Generate reports from various systems to identify, monitor and resolve issues with Production and Finance for print billing.
Identify sales opportunities for our print and/or digital products, referring the leads to the relevant Account Manager as required.
