Senior Customer Contact Officer

We have three full time positions and one part time (0.8 FTE) position available.
6-month fixed term contracts with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
About the role
As Senior Customer Contact Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing frontline customer centric services and information to meet DMIRS customer’s needs. Drawing on your customer service Experience, you will play a vital role in providing high quality services to customers.
We're seeking candidates with the capacity to interpret and apply legislation and policies to simple cases. Your excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and engage effectively with stakeholders will also be essential for this role.

Where will you work?
These positions are located in Cannington, offering an excellent opportunity to escape the city and enjoy the benefits of this location. Situated near a shopping centre with various food and entertainment options, you can enjoy the convenience and amenities available nearby.
Commuting to the office is made easy with excellent accessibility via public transport. The Armadale/Thornlie rail line is closed for upgrades and replacement bus services are in operation.
