Information Officer
Two fixed term appointments for a period of 12 months with the option for extension and/or permanency.

About the role
The Information Management Services Branch provides leadership, direction, advice and support to facilitate information access and management across the department.
The Information Officer is responsible for daily mail, document and file management services including the indexing and registration of documents, undertaking records life cycle activities in accordance with the Departments records management policies and procedures. The position involves some heavy lifting and manual handling of boxes.
In this role, you will undertake a range of information management responsibilities to maintain quality and integrity of the Department records including stakeholder liaison to resolve records and document management requests and queries within agreed timeframes.

Where will you work?
The two positions are essentially based in Cannington and Carlisle (however, you may need to work at other sites as required).
