We have an exciting opportunity within the Consulting team to take on the role of EA to the Office Managing Partner. This opportunity will allow you to grow within the business, broaden your experience with exposure to a new and diverse area of the business, providing key support to a senior leader.

What will your typical day look like?
Working on a 1:1 basis with the Office Managing Partner (OMP), you will have full autonomy to manage your workload effectively. Strong organisational skills are the key to the success in this position; you will be juggling multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships, and liaising at the highest level. You will be involved in all aspects of the OMP’s remit and have the opportunity to participate and contribute as a highly valued member of the team.
It is paramount that you are confident, proactive, calm under pressure and able to pre-empt unexpected requirements. The role offers fantastic variety and exposure to all aspects and levels of the firm; no two days will be the same.

The OMP sits within our Consulting group, which is recognised for providing clients with a full range of advisory and consulting services. Working with some of Australia’s major corporations and government departments, we help clients to realise their potential by helping them develop a clear vision of their future, formulating and implementing growth.

  • organise and attend regular Partner and Executive meetings
  • compile, draft & distribute communications on behalf of the OMP
  • coordinate internal and external events
  • prepare professional level presentations
  • high level of attention to detail, and have a proactive approach to your work
  • strong project management and organisation skills
  • experience with complex email, meeting and diary management
  • update Deloitte systems and databases to maintain accurate records
  • will complete all required timesheets and expenses
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong MS Office skills
