What will your typical day look like?

In this role you will be involved in front end intellectual property advisory and transactional matters. Working closely with the Brisbane Partner and Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of intellectual property transactions, structuring and advice for some of the largest and innovative companies worldwide as well as Australian government and research sector clients.

We’re a fast-growing and dynamic legal team within the Tax business unit of Deloitte. We provide top-quality, practical taxation and legal advice that’s tailored to our clients’ unique circumstances and pride ourselves on delivering a highly technical product in a commercially minded way.

As a bright, ambitious and incredibly hard-working student, you’ll also be:

• Studying or have completed a law degree (preferably combined with a Business/Commerce or Economics degree)
• An excellent communicator – you’re articulate and possess strong writing skills
• Love being part of a team and working collaboratively
• Naturally curious and good at problem-solving
• An Australian/New Zealand Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Australia
