Our Risk Advisory team assists organisations in their risk, technological, cultural and sustainability transformations. This extends from major operational risk transformations through to enabling effective risk intelligent, ethical and sustainable cultures. We are focused on the impacts that matter. The team consists of diverse perspectives and varied backgrounds, and we draw on this experience to draw out and shift mindsets and behaviours to bring sustainability, technology and risk frameworks to life in day-to-day business. Your role will be to support our strategic vision for change can come to life.

About the team.

Based in the Sydney office we are currently seeking a consultant in our culture and changeservices within Risk Advisory. You will elicit the mindsets and behaviours to effectively optimise behaviour, conduct objective and comprehensive culture assessments to identify change opportunities, embed ethical decision making and assist organisations in change programs leveraging Deloitte methodologies and tools. Our team focuses on the people elements of transforming the way risk, sustainability and technology are advanced within organisations. We are a purposeful team working to create an impact that matters with each project different from the last.

You will:

  • Learn and develop in-demand expertise with market-leading risk culture, sustainability and change practitioners
  • Work closely with Partners and Account Directors to manage projects
  • Assist Partners and Account Directors in proposal development
  • Develop new market leading practices and solutions

Enough about us let’s talk about you.

We are seeking an individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Philosophy\, Sociology, Anthropology etc.) and/or experience and training in culture, behaviour change or change management.
  • Experience (includes master's program placements) in consulting, government or industry environments working on risk culture, culture, ethics, transformation or change.
  • Structured problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically, analytically and strategically
  • Ability to analyse and synthesise data from a variety of data sources
  • Ability to work effectively independantly and in diverse teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (including report and presentation writing experience)
  • Strong familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages (particularly Power Point and Excel)
