About the role
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to work with the Deloitte Talent team and our Indigenous Leadership Team to support them in creating an unrivalled professional experience for First Nations employees and those who support them. Your role will encompass all aspects of HR and the employee experience including providing operational and strategic HR management across these programs. You will play a role supporting our Leadership and Learning team to drive awareness of First Nations cultures across Deloitte as well as day-to-day advice and guidance.

You are someone with
- Strong networks across the First Nations sector backed by cultural understanding and knowledge of First Nations issues, which we recognise will be an integral part of succeeding in this role
- Knowledge and experience of applying both First Nations and Western concepts to solving complex challenges
- A strong HR background, who can build strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to think strategically and be tenacious, resilient and outcome focused
- Experience of a fast paced, growth environment and the delivery of creative and innovative talent solutions
- Well-developed relationship building, influencing and communication skills
