Accounts Receivable Officer
THE OPPORTUNITY
Be part of our Finance team and take on a pivotal role in driving the success of our organisation. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to support our Revenue and Settlements Finance team on a two-year fixed-term basis. This is your chance to excel in a collaborative environment while making a meaningful impact on our financial operations.
In this role, you will manage key responsibilities, including preparing invoices, recording cash transactions in SAP, and providing essential back-up support to the Settlements team. Your efforts will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, contributing to the ongoing success of our organisation.
Duties include the below, but are not limited to:
- Collate documents required for daily funding sweeps between funding facilities.
- Upload bank statements, clear receipts and payments to SAP.
- Match Retail C&I receipts with corresponding invoices.
- Raise miscellaneous invoices in SAP, primarily for Gladstone IPPA and Electric Vehicle Chargers.
- Capture REC Registry transactions.
- Provide back-up support to the Settlements team as needed.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Studies in a business-related discipline are advantageous.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in an accounts receivable role or similar, with experience using SAP.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Intermediate to strong Excel skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Openness to change and continuous improvement.
