LOYALTY EXECUTIVE
FULL TIME POSITION | Crown MELBOURNE

THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity to join the Loyalty team in Gaming Machines as a full-time Loyalty Executive is now available for a proactive and customer service driven individual.
Reporting to Loyalty Operations Manager, the Loyalty Executive is accountable for the seamless day-to-day operations of the Crown Rewards Loyalty program.
The Loyalty Executive is the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders concerning Crown Rewards as well as providing support to ensure the effective operations of the Loyalty Program.

THE ROLE
This role requires a prominent level of knowledge of the multiple CRM systems utilised by the Crown Rewards program to support the business by creating and updating Workplace guidelines.

The Loyalty Executive is responsible for managing projects relating to Crown Rewards and testing all new and existing marketing initiatives and promotions. The Loyalty Executive is required to assist the Gaming Systems Support team with investigations on the LUI, SyCo Character and SyCo GUI interface.

Liaison with the Financial Crimes, Responsible Gaming, Security and Cage teams across all properties is facilitated daily to triage data discrepancies in the database, including but not limited to triggering and processing merges as required.

ABOUT YOU

• Administrative experience desirable
• Experience in the gaming and/or hospitality desirable.
• Experience in a role which deals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously as part of a small team
• Strong negotiation skills when working on projects and system updates.
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Must be able to multitask and work under pressure
